It is an example of a scrolling RSS feed showing Met Engage messages from Hillingdon.

This list updates every 12 hours and can only show 5 messages, but we don't want to show any more than that, we want people to sign up.

The list could show more and be updated more often BUT that requires a paid-for plan, rather than the free plan.
